98 Civic HX Clutch Replacement
I have the clutch disk here and I'm trying to make sure it's the correct disk before I do the tear down in the morning it's a SECO SDHO-211 part number for the disk. I can't find a part number relating to anything for this disk online.
all ya gotta do is count the splines (teeth) and confirm it with a part store. i know ur just helping someone but i strongly suggest getting the kit and not just replacing just the disc, also inspect the flywheel really good for heat spots, cracks, rings and replace if needed,
And here I am, I absolutely do not remember it being that hard to stab a honda trans back into the engine. At any rate here is what I found, I thought it would be the clutch material worn to the rivets, but I found something entirely different and have no idea how something like this happens to a clutch. The bent piece around the spring was gouging into the flywheel bolts as the clutch engaged. If left it would have been a lot worse, but I hope I never have to take the flywheel off of the car because I doubt that I could with the gouging that occurred.

I tore the cv shaft seal that seals around the cv shaft on the transmission.....is this the part here? http://www.napaonline.com/Search/Det...611_0215316683
seems to be kind of hard to find
