So the dealership tells me today that my AC Condensor Cooling fan isnt working and needs to be replaced on my 08 Civic SI. Thats fine but what doesnt make any sense to me is they say the reason for the $400 price tag is because they have to disconnect the condensor to get the fan out thus requiring ac system evac and refill. is this true
