so i checked the sparkplugs and i found this

that is what all of them looked like. I've never seen this before in my life??

Those look good. If you're worried about that notch in the end, they must have been made that way. Some gimmick intended to improve sparking, because sharp edges spark better.

You need to get the CEL to stay off before you can properly evaluate the performance of the engine.

yea the notch is why they're called NGK V-powers

As mentioned, the plug looks fine.

***Pull the CEL codes, and then reset the ECU. Post the codes for more feedback.***

The plugs look a little bit too tan, like you're running too much fuel additive.
