belts

I took my car apart to put new timing belt and water pump in today. but when i tore the ac belt, alt belt and power steering belts off i didn't look to see where they went on the crank pully is there a sertain order they go on there? thanks

It's pretty obvious they only go one way, otherwise the belts would not be straight. The alternator goes on first, then the A/C, and then the power steering on the little outside part of the pulley.

The alternator has a narrow belt, the A/C the wider belt, and the long narrow belt for power steering.

I put it all together by looking at it but think i did something wronge cause it whines when i rev it up
