Big problems, please help..
Hi all.
This weekend i tried adding an amplifier to my 2002 honda civic type r, im not a novice ive done it many a time on past cars but i now have a major problem which is:
When i added the remote lead to the existing wires on the rear of my headunit everything went wrong, now the central locking wont work as well as the new & old headunit, so i tried putting the wires the exact same way as before i started and the same thing is still happening.
So what i tried then was to check the fuses so i checked all the ones under the drivers side (all ok) then checked the ones under the hood and bang the 10amp backup fuse was blown tired replacing it with a new one now the alarm wont stop going off which has resulted in me having to d/c the battery and remove the backup fuse.....
Please any help would be greatly appreciated as i have work 2moz and need my car

I am not sure about alarm wiring but I check to make sure that no connects were loosened when u were doing your installation. There may be a sensor that the wiring may have been disturbed and triggered the alarm system.
