ok so i bought this 98 civic lx sedan from auction and the ignition was already busted of course cause it was a recovered stolen vehicle. so my question is do i just need to put a new ignition or how do i know if my column is bad? my blinker, wipers, andlightsare still there in tact and working just fine, but its tilted to the right. can that be adjusted or is it bent or what? I just bought a usedignition today and will put it on in the morning. oh and i can drive and turn fine but the wheel is a little tilted. if that little info helps any. thks in advance

Most of your questions will be answered by removing the upper and lower column covers and by carefully inspecting the damage.
