Cant get spark plug wires to "snap"

MPG depends on many things like driving habits, road conditions, payloads and tires.

Where I live, roads are flat. You go up and down only because you are going overpass. I have skinny tires. To me, fat tires are for the looks. They cost more to replace too. I drive 60-65 MPH on highway. Other cars zipping by me at 75-85?? What the hurry? You are only driving to work.
