Default car weld in a tube...what about car cut?

so i was in my local auto parts store and i noticed that they have welding stuff in a tube.

i was wondering is there some sort of car cutting in a tube?

reason i ask is cuz i need to cut out a piece of the frame of my honda.

i was wondering if there was some sort of chemical in a tube that could cut through the frame of a car. sort of like the face huggers blood in alien, LOL...but maybe i'm just too optimistic.

I suppose i could take it to a car body shop but i'm affraid of what they'll charge me

There's thermite but I don't think you can be real precise with it, not sure where to get it either.

I'd just take it to a shop, if it's a simple cut then I doubt they would charge you much, most shop guys respect DIYers and wont screw ya.

So who else is wondering which piece of the frame he wants to cut out, and why?

I was also wondering that. But they do make cutting in a tube. It is called oxygen & acetylene.

lets just say it involves rust, a bolt, and failure to use pb-blaster.
