Default To weld, or JB weld......

Okay so I bought the exhaust cutout. I was thinking.........Im definetly going to take the downpipe off, cut it and install the cutout. However, I was thinking......should i just JB weld it? Or clamp it on, and drive to midas and have em weld it. Im leaning towards the welding......but would the JB weld hold up to the insane heat the DP sees? I have never used JB weld, but the previous owner of my turbo kit JB welded the blow off valve on, and that thing is really on there good........I figure if I cut the downpipe and clamp the cutout in, the labor will be as reduced as far as possible...........so what do ya think? Weld? Or JB WELD?

Weld it. JB is just for tight spots and rednecks. The shop shouldn't charge you more than 30-40 bucks.

Weld it. JB Weld will melt off at high temps.

Is that a stock fron bumper on you car? Looks good either way.
