Default What's the Cost Of a Weld Job?

I own a 02 Civic Lx. I put a Magnaflow catback exhaust on the car. Sounds great. However, I dropped the car, and ever since then my rear Clamp keeps bumping into things (big bumps). So, as stupid as I was, I decided to run my car through an automated car wash machine yesterday. BIG MISTAKE. It bent the clamp and the pipes separated. I was able to take the clamp out and put the pipes back together without the clamp. Now, did someone have a similar experience and how much does it cost to have someone weld these pipes? It was just the one rear set. I dont want the whole thing, yet. ANd if I did, how long and how much? Akot of the places say that they wont do it because its stainless steel. Anyone help out. Oh, and I live in Mira Mesa, Ca.

Midas charged me $70 to weld an extension onto my cat. Thats because I told them that's what they quoted me supposed to be $100

Have you tried calling exhaust shops in your area and getting prices?
