Default j b weld on block face

would j b weld be ok to use on a damaged block? it had a little semi circlemark on the outside of the water jacket sealing face from a dowel in the head. have already usedthe jbbut am havin second thoughts!i had this block as a spare but am concidering using my present block now that is in the car! what do people think? heres a pic before using jb weld!! the mark is felt from running your finger over not just nail. http://jbweld.net/products/jbweld.phpthis is the stuff i have used on the block to resolve it, im building the block with 9:1 pistons and eagle rods and golden eagle block gaurd and acl bearings and studs

My idea would be either use your other block or take that one to a machine shop and have them fix it for you.
