Default Electrical Fuel Pump Problem

I have a 92 Civic and the FP isn't working. Tested it via the filter, no pressure squirting when the ignition is turned, so FP is bad. Checked out the FP and it isn't getting any power, so it might just be an electrical issue. Can anyone tell me where the FP Relay is and the Manual Reset? Fuse is okay, I don't know much of anything else about car electrical, but my friend who does said that's what I should look for and when I figure out where they are he'll help me from there... thanks!

The fuel pump is controlled by the Main Relay, which is mounted under the dash on the side of the car above the hood release lever. It is very common for those to go bad. Generally when it is bad the Check Engine light will come on steady when you turn the key on and don't try to start. Normally, the CEL would come on for 2 seconds then go out, and during that time the fuel pump should run. If the CEL and/or the other lights on the dash (oil and battery) don't come on at all when you turn the key on and don't try to start, there is a different problem.

It doesn't have a crash-activated fuel pump cutoff like some other cars have. There is nothing to reset.
