Help CAR WONT START
Sudden loss of compression probably means the timing belt has skipped teeth. This may have caused the valves to crash, or maybe you were lucky and it will run again once properly timed. Take the upper timing cover off and check the cam timing by setting the crank to TDC and see if the marks on the cam sprocket line up. If the belt has skipped I would put a NEW timing belt on before trying to run the engine again.
Rings don't just go out suddenly.

Wow that good to hear that they dont go out suddently. but other than timing what can cause a sudden compression? becasue when i took all spark plugs out the car began to turn over faster which mean it getting spark and i knwo there fuel becasue i pulled the fuel filter and fuel poured out. so now its all about compression.
You said that you were not getting spark, and then you said that you checked compression, if you have been trying to start the engine with no spark, fuel has washed the cylinder walls free of oil, and you will have low compression.
Check the problem solved forum for no start problems, it's near the top of the list. The main relay on all honda products has bad solder joints, that need to be reheated. this will solve most no start conditions, when the relay goes bad, you will have power, the car will crank, but you will have no spark in most cases. reheating these connections will in general solve the problem

found problem. funny thing car wont start because the car engine is turning backwards instead of forward. when u put u finger in the sprak plug whole its suppose to spit it back out not suck it back in lol. problem was car jump timing due to the cam nut being loose because when i was checking the timing i was surprise to find the nut loose and car jump timing and bend some valves. how much at this point i dont know
Civic engines all turn counterclockwise looking at the accessory pulley on the front of the crankshaft. They are opposite of most cars.
Get the cam back in time and everything bolted down securely then just try to start it again, or if you want to be more scientific, use a compression tester to make sure the valves are all OK.
