Default Help involving water damage?

There was a flood on my street yesterday, water was flowing pretty hard but never came up past my wheel well. There's a little water on my floor but none when I pulled out the dipstick to the engine so I'm assuming the actual engine is fine...is there other things that can be severely messed up, and what precautions should I take before driving regularly again? A few other cars on the street were totaled.

as long as the car wasnt runing during the flood you should be fine, just wetvac the hell out of it and leave the doors open for a couple of days.
