Default Honda H23A4 ULEV V-TEC Motor????

Ok, i just got a H23A4 motor in my storage building in my new house i just bought, It turns over and is not locked up, the Block and head looks real clean

I,ve done some research but get mix matched results so now its open to all opinions and facts as long as their now outlandish. I got some pics also. i was told it was a prelude motor then a honda wagon motor????

I want to know how much it's worth with no transmission. it has intake header almost all the sensors and wires they cut the main harness so its almost complete??

It's hard to estimate value without knowing mileage, previous owner's driving habits, and the maintenance history. Might see if you can get a CarFax on the VIN to get more info.
