I have a 1995 honda ex with a b18b1 swap into it. Recently it won't start even thought I have fuel spark and air. A good friend of mine said to realine the distributor. He said something like remove the 3 bolts, line it with the top, I am not sure. Just wondering if anyone can really tell me how to adjust my distributor . Thanks guys!

 

You should first check if the timing belt has skipped. It started before set where it is, so something has changed.

To do that, take off the plastic cover on the top part of the timing belt. Rotate the crankshaft by hand to TDC and observe that the marks on the cam pulleys line up. On a DOHC engine, the stock pulleys have a notch in the edge. Properly set, the two notches will be facing each other on the inside.
