Default How to remove beeping sound on reverse gear

Hi there,

ive got a question for the sixth generation honda civic, ek3.

got this car after many hands and there is this sound that goes beeping when the reverse gear is engaged, its basically a sound indicator telling you that the reverse gear is engaged.

question is, how do i remove that soundand if it related to the fuse box, where can i locate it?

thanks heaps.

sounds like something aftermarket that someone instaled...... look under the dash and see if anything looks like it didnt belong... and try to see/hear if its making the noise when in reverse.....
first thing to do is find out where the beepings coming from.LOL

Sometimes this beeper is installed inone of the reverse light sockets (between the bulb and socket)so it only beeps when the reverse lights are on. So pull out your reverse lights and check there.
