Ron...Thanks for all this help.....I am sorry I said that wrong....The port has a awsome suction while cold and come to a stop when warm...

Okay, test whether the disconnected EACV has 8-15 Ohms across the two pins.

Ok RonJ.....Checked the Ohms on the AICV....It seems mine after many checks is only reading 0.01. Since I cleaned the FITV the fast idle problem at cold start (2,900 rpm) is resoleved...Its now about 1000 or 1,100 rpm at cold morning start. After engine warms up the idle still wants to jump up and down..Its going from around 1000 to 1,300 rpms(much better than before i cleaned the FITV)

Your Ohm readings between the two pins of the IACV suggest that it needs to be replaced. You didn't make those readings from the IACV wire harness connector, right?

RonJ....that reading came right from the AICV not from the wire that connects to it..
