I unplugged the alarm and still nothing. I pulled the code the ghetto way with that harness by the ecu and a paper clip and found my code 6. It is okay, I know why it came on. Stupid me thought that that coolant sensor was the radior fan switch and I was trying to test it and jumpered the plug that goes to it and that is when the car stopped running, i pulled the fuse then found it was blown, replaced it and the car runs again now. I just need to figure out my lights and code reader problem so I can clear the cel and I will be all good.

You can clear the CEL code simply by removing the 7.5A BACKUP fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box for ten seconds and then reinserting it. You will loose radio and clock presets, however, and need to reset them. (see picture)

I opened the fuse box again and the fuse was blown again so I am disconnecting the alarms dome light supervision and putting a new fuse in it to see it it works again. Also I now understand the conductivity test, I was just tired as hell and couldn't think strait. It is amazing how much smarter you are after you have gotten some sleep.
