Default Low rpm hesitatation

I just did something a little stupid, I washed the underhood of my car at the car wash and 2 blocks later I started having problems. The car runs great after 1800 rpm or so or if in neutral. But if I am in any gear from idle(700rpm) to 2000 it hesitates bad and sounds like its sputtering. I checked the code and it blinked 16 times -> fuel injector circuit? Any idea what I shoud do? If I I open the throttle wide open it will die in 1st gear I have to rev it over 2000 and let the clutch out. I am guessing the water is shorting something out, I drove down the interstate for about 45 minutes at 80mph just fine hoping to dry it out. Still the same.
Help?

Use an air compressor to dry thoroughly the 2P connectors to each fuel injector and the 6P connector to the injector resistor.

Well I figured it out just had moisture in the distributor cap thanks though.
