Well heres the deal, i got my condenser replaced about 2 weeks ago after hitting some road debris and punching a hole in it. I have a 95 civic ex coupe automatic. now when the ac is on the 3 and 4 position the car acellerates all funny. when you are on the gas, the car acellerates like you are pushing harder and then softer back and forth on the gas but in reality my foot is in the same place the whole time. it is not the car shifting or hiting V-tech. it is so weard! then as soon as i turn the as off it dosn do it at all. the problem only happens when the AC is on. what cound be the problem??

 

Ok well I did some testing and it looks like the compressor is turning on and off. On for 3 seconds and off for 3 seconds. This would also explain the jump and drop in power while on the gas. And this would explain why it only happens when the ac is on. So now that question is why! What would cause this to happen? I checked the Freon level and it is about 35 on my gauge. Any suggestions would help, thanks
