Default New DTCs after engine installation

I have put a junkyard engine in after the dreaded engine block crack in a Civic just over 10 years old. There were no DTCs with the cracked block engine that I can recall. The new engine was complete with new sensors, for the most part. P2647 and P2185 for coolant sensor and rocker arm actuator, bank 1. I think there's a manufacturer code in there but don't recall that one. I'm assuming bank 1 is the front of the motor with the sensor located near cylinder 1. Any ideas other than broken sensor leads or bad sensors or sensor connections? Those are the things I'm going to look at tomorrow.
