Default New Fog Lights Don't Work..

Hey guys, I bought a set of fog lights off ebay for my 99 Civic DX Sedan.
After spending hours installing them on my car, in the end I find out that they aren't working.. Wtf?
I followed an installation guide so I'm pretty sure they're installed correctly, but I hope I did something stupid that can easily be fixed and the lights to actually work.
All help would be greatly apreciated, thanks!

And if you can see this, the headlights are on but the fog lights are NOT!!

So if anyone has any ideas, please let me know, thanks.

Fixed your pictures.

The install looks perfect. The only thing that strikes me is that, from the factory, that one ground wire is YELLOW and the power wire is BLACK. Traditionally, black wires are always ground wires. My two wires in the fuse box are red and yellow. Yours might be a different brand, of course.

Have you looked at that fuse and made sure it's seated properly? Is it a good fuse?

Thanks for fixing the pictures for me.
I thought the same thing when I saw the wire colors mixed up also, but it's just colors right? This one has a messed up color coding lol..
The fuse does look like a cheap piece of crap, and I think I'm gunna' change it, but it is all seated right, I triple checked everything that I did, I just don't know what's up with this junk. Hopefully this isn't a case of "you get what you pay for"..
Since I'm off work sunday, I'm gunna' tear it all down and thoroughly check EVERYTHING!
And... If it still dosen't work after that, well.... Then I guess I gotta' buy new Fog Lights lol.

WOW! I got those damn things working lol...
And I found out that the wiring was way crappier and cheaper than I thought it was, almost half the wiring fell apart on me but it's all good now, the fog lights are working woohoo!
