94 civic ex automatic

please help this shaking is getting on my last nerves.
car doesnt shake when its in park. car doesnt shake while driving. doesnt shake in neutral. car only shakes when its in drive at a complete stop also the steering wheel shakes.. motor mounts are all fine.
also the cat converter shakes/rumbles when car is cold and has just been turned on i think its just a loose screw so dont think thatsycausing all the other shaking. headers dont appear craked. the idle isnt so good. i need to change tranny fluid hopefully thats causing the high idle maybe even spark plug time.. shakes when i come to a complete stop please help.... =( =(

 

The engine shaking may be due to a rough idle. Try cleaning the IACV and Fast Idle Valve, and adjusting the idle speed with the screw on the throttle body.

The rattling noise around the cat may be due to a loose exhaust heat shield.

The converter heat shield can be silenced by attaching two hose clamps together, and wrapping it around the converter.
