Default PROBLEM with starting ?!?

Yesterday for first time for the last three years my Civic '94 LX(D15B7) did not start,
and I had to take my cousin's car.[]
The same day, but in the evening the car started?!?

A friend of mine has Del_Sol and said, that experienced the same problem even after replacing of spark plugs nad wires and distributor cap.

What should I do?
This happend only once, but there was no reason?

What do you suggest guys?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, everything was fine.
The starter is fine, the battery is fine too.
I was driving yesterday and today and outhere is very wet and humid, but no problems.
It should be somtething with the ignition, maybe wires or distributor cap, I don't know?!?

When it doesn't start, pull one of the plug wires and attach a spark plug to it. Crank the engine over and check for spark. If you see spark, then you have a fuel problem. I actually have this same problem but I haven't gotten around to fixing it. I believe the problem will be related to the fuel system. First change the fuel filter if it hasn't been changed in a while. Check to make sure the fuel pump is actually turning on (listen for it) because overheating relays is a common problem with these cars. Check the fuel pressure regulator as well although a problem with the FPR might only occur when it is really hot out or the engine is still hot.
