Radiator Fan pro

i have a 98 honda civic, and i have a question about my radiator fan. does the radiator fan need to be on when you start your car.
if it is, my fan won't turn on when i start. what should i do about it

thank you for any helps

The fan is only on when your engine needs to be cool down. The signal is from your coolant switch not to be confused with the sending unit for your temp gauge.

ya it only comes on when it needs to..... if ya let the engine run for awhile parked after awhile ya should see the fan kick on... but as long as your temp gauge is good in the cluster gauge then most likely its working correctly

oh yes, my fan came on after i drove around town.
