Default rpm gauge and temp gauge not working and very slow accelaration

Hello,
first time here.

I have a honda 2004 ex and I have big problem right now.

I left my front light ON and when I came back to use the car I have no battery. I boost my car like I use to do. Normally everything go back to normal right away.
This time after I boost my battery, I get no more RPM at all. I can still accelerate, but when I press the gas It almost don'T move and slowly slowly start accelerating. I can go to 80 km/h, but I feel like there is no power at all. NO RPM, like 0-1 rpm on gauge. even the temp gauge stays at the lowest even tho the car is hot even almost overheating. I don't understand. I was able to go on the highway and come back home. Once I reach home I turn the car OFF and start the car. With hard work the battery was recharge enough to start the cart, but almost not. I'Ve change the alternator few month ago. Right now the problem persist even after few engine start. first I tought it was just a bad startup, but the problem wont go away just like that. What happen in-between the time I run out of battery and the time I boost my car???? It was awful at red lights. people behind be like damn what's this guy doing. accelaration from 0 to 10 is insanly slow. after it get a bit better, but remain very slow. PLEASE HELP GUIDE ME. I'm looking for easy fix if possible.
