What's the best way to remove the crank pulley? All of the posts talk about removing the bolt but nobody mentions getting the pulley off. I've got the bolt out but couldn't pull the pulley off of the crank. I tried a harmonic balancer puller but it wouldn't fit correctly.

Tap it with a hammer around the edges to break any rust loose, then just grab it and start rocking it back and forth. It might not feel like it's moving, but it'll come off eventually.
