Screwed up did not mean pending codes but scanner is showing no DTC's are present. I have blinking monitor icons which is supposed to mean that they have not completed running yet and completed there diagnostics. Left it hooked up and it never completes the testing just keeps recycling after 3 minutes.

ooo.. You must have disconnected something, back track your work, triple check it. Check all your fuses too, seem it's unable to read your computer..

Don't know why scanner wouldn't finish scanning but I Finally got it start, had bad miss but was able to get it started long enough for it to throw a code. It was what I was thinking it was. The crankshaft position sensor. Have no idea why it went bad by me just changing the timing belt. All I did was take the bolt out to move it off to the side while I put the new one on.

Got a new sensor today put it on and things run great. Have no idea how old one could have been damaged. Thanks everyone for your suggestions and help.
