Default A timing belt question?

Lads coud ye help me out here please? Have an oil leak and the shop I take it to advised I bring it to honda. They looked at it and said it was coming from the cam end seal and the crank seal. Had the timing belt/water pump replaced in February last year. The Honda guy said to bring it back to my mechanic and ask them if they replaced these seals. Is this something they should of done or advised me to replace when changing the timing belt? I looked at the invoice from last year and it's not detailed on it.

Well they sure should of checked them to see if they were leaking. It is something that any good reputable shop or mechanic should of advised on IMHO. I'm having mine done in a few weeks & I requested a New Belt, Tensionor, Water Pump, Check cam & crank seals for leaks, Adjust Valves & install all new gaskets with quality parts. I know it needs a V/C gasket because it is leaking into the #1 plug hole.
