Default Trouble Starting 93' Civic...

Okay, so went to start my car up this morning to go to work. It will turn but not all the way over. Distributer again, maybe? Just replaced that not even a year ago. So I check the fuses under the steering wheel and under the hood. Five blown out, changed those. Turned on the car and turned it off to see if we could hear for the fuel pump. Did hear the humming sound from the fuel so what could it be? Would help if I was back home to have my brother help... What might it be? Dristributer (hope not... expensive...), main relay, or what...

check all fuses, check for check engine lights, check everything under hood, check the juice in the battery, or try jump starting it, and check starter motor.

Did any of the new fuses blow? Check the connections at the battery. Make sure that battery voltage is reaching the yellow and black wire at the distributor; both with the key on and while cranking.

Can I presume that after replacing the blown fuses, the car still did not start? If so, did any of the fuses blow again? Which specific fuses were blown?

Does the CEL stay ON when the key is turned to ON(II)? If so, retrieve the trouble codes from the ECU as described at the link in my signature. Post the codes for more feedback.

If you can hear the fuel pump priming, then check for spark. Unplug a wire from a spark plug and insert a spare plug into the end. Ground the threads of the plug on a metallic engine part like the valve cover, and then have a buddy crank the engine. You should see bright, bluish spark (not weak, orange spark) at the tip of the plug. Repeat for the remaining three plugs.

Sorry, limited internet, trying to bum off next door...

But as for the fuses', I check all five and none had blown again. Got a spark plug tester last night and checked them, had a bluish spark. Then I connected the wires back and had my husband crank my car and saw that sparks were going to the distributor and back. So from what my bro told me to do was get new wires. Hopefully thats the case... but I wont know till I get off from work today.

He's right, there should not be any sparks on the outside of the wires. Also check the distributor cap and rotor carefully for cracks, or just replace them too.
