Im thinkin of turboing my civic. My question is what turbos are alright. I really like the..., not sure what exactly the name of them are but i know em as the (fluttering) turbos. I know that they wear out faster but im not going to be roding on it,(i have another car for that), and any advise about them would be great. thx

 

You sir, need to be doing A LOT more research. Turbos don't make that sound, that is the blow off valve. Check out the stickies in the turbo/forced induction section.
