Also check Intake Air Temperature Sensor - if it's not working, it'll throw off the computer's inputs possibly creating poor performace.
Also check the PCV valve - mine ran like crap for a long time, until I discovered the hose to my PCV wasn't even hooked up. It was overlooked after I repaired the blown head gasket. When I had the head off again trying to track down an oil leak (turned out to be the VTEC module), I discovered the PCV hose dangling.
Also check the air filter - a clogged filter can make a huge difference. As the engine warms up, it'll demand more air to maintain the mix.
Mass Air Pressure sensor can mess things up as well.
Is the engine 'hot?' Or just 'up to operating temperature?' Because if the engine's 'hot,' you could have other bigger issues.
