Default What is all recommended to be replaced

I'm looking into having my timing belt replaced on my 99 honda civic dx i believe. 1.6L 162k miles and on the records i have the belt was never replaced and out was serviced at the dealer from the beginning to about 140k miles and i cant find anything on the belt being replaced just adjusted the valves. and I need to know a list of all the things that should be replace. I know that I need:

Timing belt
Water pump
All three belts alt. P/S and AC
Cam shaft seal
And is it recommended to replace the tensioner as well? Just curious. If there is a thread with all this in it just throw in the url.

Yes replace the tensioner. That's a must!!!! Also when putting the timing belt on. Make sure you get the slack out of the belt fully before putting it around the tensioner. Or the belt could slip. Just a pointer if you didn't know. Also replace your valve cover gasket
