Default What rpm to shift at?

What rpm is the best to shift at while racing. I can't seem to find a stock dyno sheet for my car. i have a 96 civic ex v-tec with header back exhaust, ac delete, power steering delete, cold air intake, back seets out, the car is completely gutted pretty much. Ill have a new intake manifold soon. Just wondering where the car stopsmaking power so i know where tos hift to beat my friends escort zx2.
