Won't Start --- Project failing >:O
If the fuses are fine, then you might want to consider a problem with the ignition switch.
Anyway to get a photograph or location description of this wire relative to other identifiable components?

Yes, checked all fuses (main in engine bay) and under the dash. One under engine bay is a little dark but not broken. EDIT: I also noticed while under the dash, there is a white uncovered (looks to be a relay) wire with no where to go. I suspect the old b-y mechanics from trying to fix it several months ago with the old motor. Not sure if it needs to be plugged in or needs a cap or what. It really looks like a relay with the cap broken off maybe..

There was no problem with it before, that's my probem with considering the ignition switch. --- EDIT: CHECK PREVIOUS EDIT! Also, i'll be checking from the ignition switch down with a multimeter tomorrow.
If you crawl up under my dash, this wire is coming from just behined and left of the fuse box. The plastic connector is white and is attached to the harness somewhere. I do remember that they replaced the fuel pump main relay but I thought it was on the passenger side??? ^_-

The other diagram (picture 1), however, shows how to test the ignition switch.
Yes, main relay is on passenger side.

Nothing familiar in the other pic. Will try testing the ignition in the morning.. Will also get some pics up in the morning of this (what seems to be) beastly project. Thanks ron your a trooper man!
No problem timmytim. By the way, I think the title of your thread is way to pessimistic. Drop the "Project Failing". Multiple unexpected hitches are normal when undertaking a big project. So far, your project seems to be moving along fine. Just continue to take your time and plan ahead.

This is the picture of the connector between the foot brake and fuse panel (and the fly paint job ;]). It appears to be missing a cap and is just freely hanging under the dash (it's unplugged and in my hand in the picture). I'm assuming it's a relay. Not sure if this has anything to do with my problem. I have more pictures coming in about an hour, my friend is going home to e-mail them to me now. I have a large picture of under the dash (fuse panel) and several angle/close up shots of all my wiring harness connections and motor. Stand By!
Is the mystery connector either the power window or sunroof relay (see picture)? If so, you can safely concentrate on other possible causes for the lack of power to the starter.
