My car has neither power windows or sunroof! Just window cranks and some metal in that hole. ---- Uploading pics to photobucket now.. More coming very soon.
Just a thought. Is it possible that one or both of the relays and their associated wiring come standardly installed just in case a customer wants to upgrade? If so, it might be worth testing whether the capped relay fits into one of the rear slots in the dash fuse box as shown in the picture of my previous post.

Your clicking sounds are coming from the Dashpot Control and Purge Cut-Off Solenoid Valves. These components control air intake and evaporative emissions, so I don't think problems with either would affect power to the starter. Turning the key causes these components click, so maybe the ignition switch is okay?
