Default camber, caster, and toe in, OH MY!

ok, so im sure ya'll have read im working on my 97 civic ex, and it just occoured to me... i'm putting in all this work and $$ to help out my ride, and replacing all these old tired bushings is where i started.. but knowing that i have to go and get a good alignment i got to thinking... how do they make these adjustments on the rear of the car? the toe in i think i understand.. that would be set by the location of the inboard piviot bolt on the compensator arm... but I dont see any way to make any kind of adjustments for the camber and or caster on the rear... perhaps the caster isnt as important on the rear as it is on the front, but certainly the camber is.... if its not just majicly somehow right, how does one adjust this without going to one of the $100 kits that put adjustment in the upper control arms?
