Hi All!

I was just wondering how much gas I still have once the fuel light comes on. There are still 2 bars showing on the dial and the light has come on. I did read somewhere that we
still have a couple of gallons once the bars are gone. This is only my second tank so I'm still testing things out. Thanks in advance for your advice!

 

i usally give myself like 60 miles when the light comes on... about 2 gallons.

 

Honda says that the gas tank is 13.2 gal. I did my first fill up over the weekend at about 3 bars. I ended up putting in 12.5 gal (with 3 bars still on the gauge).

 

my cousin has an '06 ex sedan, and i had to take her car the other day to get it filled with the light on (my aunt didn't want her to get stuck if it ran out of gas)...

tank is 13.5, car took 11.7 or so

so probably around 2 gallons...

my 98 dx has an 11.9 tank, and the dummy light turns on at about .5 gallons or less... (or doesn't work.. not sure as I've never seen it on, and i know i've put 11.4 gallons in before
