ive been thinking. . .
Power steering is overrated, a/c depends on where you live and your tolerance for heat. I took my power steering belt off for now, I'm going to remove the pump and loop the hoses soon so that takes care of my p/s. I'm removing my a/c here soon also. If your boosted just roll the windows down and drive faster lol.
If it effects your decision any... a girl isn't going to want to sit in a hot car with no a/c.

trust me, college changes your a/c preference. You're so stressed out that you want all of your favorite comforts to offset the exam nonsense, at least, that's the way i feel. and since i see that you're just going off to college, I must tell you, if you're relying on boost to get you laid, you're well mistaken son.
Not when you have to parallel park everyday in a very very steep uphill where the car in front and behind you is only a few inches
from hitting your bumper. Damn city parking.
Connecting the water and oil lines on a bb turbo is not that hard, I don't know why people complaint so much.. it only took me like 5 minutes to connect my water lines
. And, I say keep the A/C since you already have the a/c manifold.
Don't know if you guys have read but lately a couple of members on td16 have been having issues with the new garett turbos.. the're not as reliable as they used to be. It seems like Borg Warner turbos are the new thing.

That would change the steering ratio making it take more turns of the wheel lock to lock. It's an option, but in my opinion, not a good one.
im still undecided, but anyways ill try to keep you all updated and such. ill finally be out of the house tomorrow. i hope that i can still get the things i want for my car even though ill be paying for food and gas and all of that. . . . and the sticker is just for laughs. im not that pathetic.
Yeah, a/c is a power drainer. I'm always running my heater whenever i'm doing any hard pulls to keep my temp below red. The extra space and power is well worth it imo.
