heloo people new to this forum and need some help please

ok b16a2 engine in civic vti 93 ,what do i have to do to turbo it, i have done a few ford zetec turbos but fancy somthing propper now, any help on items below would be great

oil feed for turbo?
t3 turbo as i have 1?
what dia of pipe for manifold ( as i am building a custom as i have done on last projects)
ecu eg fueling/timing?
spark plugs?
uprated breathers ?
oil return to sump?

any thing else i have missed please point out

since you have an internal wastegate mounted to the turbo you dont need a wastegate, i was just saying if your turbo didnt come with it you would have to have one.... i would try and get some kind of a piggy back comeputer unless you are just gonna run an fmu and stick with that but you will probably be running really rich... i would recomend like greddy e-managment or like an safc-2 for fuel tuning and try and get a wideband gauge, it will make the whole tuning process a piece of cake....

new fuel filter wouldnt hurt.....

fmu is a fuel manegment unit, its a mechanical round little disk the a vacuum line goes to and fuel supply and return go to it as well and when it sees boost it raises the fuel pressure so many psi per lbs of boost. let me see if i can find a pic of one...

 

ah its okay mate no probs we call it a rising rate fuel pressure regulator


how far will std injectors etc take me what is the aprox boost u can run on std compression ( i will be running a rs 500 cosworth spec intercooler as i have 1 there and it should get good air flow so iact should be low!
