Potential BIG problem.
Update:
Replaced the delco plugs with NGK's, ran better for a short while, then started bogging down again. Went to my buddies house, took out injectors from his 94' civic motor that he had laying in his garage, which actually turned out to be JDM, instead of my USDM injectors. Replaced the injectors, and at the same time put some dry gas in the tank. The car ran better, the air/fuel guage came back to normal. From this time on the car didnt bog, but did run lean. We came to the conclusion that theres water in the gas tank. One minute its idling and theres water vapor coming out the exhaust, the next the rpm's shoot up a bit and the motor didnt bog and the vapor was gone.

Yea, its runnin fine now. One thing I couldnt figure out was when my RPM's dropped, and there was heavy black smoke coming out of the exhaust, and my guage was reading lean. Then after realizing it was the water that was making combustion not effecient, and in fact it was steam and unburnt fuel coming out the back, and the guage was reading lean. It all makes sence. Im looking in to getting a wideband when I have some spare cash.
