If your duty cycle is at 90-95%, that's pretty high IMO. When you're at WOT, your car may be requiring too much fuel for your injectors. It could be that you injectors are too small, or just a simple tuning issue. That's what I am thinking at least. My personal suggestion, check with the person who tuned your car.
Eh... I would go for at least 750's. The extra 100cc's that you'll get from the 550's will help you at this current time. What happens if you want more boost? You'll then start maxing out the 550's and then upgrade again. If you and your tuner come to the conclusion that your injectors are too small, then ask him what he thinks would be suitable.
i'd invest in a wideband ..... that will tell you if your too rich or to lean ....what are your plugs gaped to .... if your thinking about new injectors toss around the idea of setting up for E85 ..... s300 FTW
when it was on the dyno the A/F was dialed in. the plugs were 7 degree plugs.. as far as fixing the problem i took all my turbo stuff on and put stock header, injectors, tune, and air intake box back on and replaced the ignitor and runs perfect as far as i know it was just the ignitor tat was going out. (for the 3rd time).. im currently building a new motor. and selling this one. and the new trany i just put in.
