It's an EF Civic sedan with an EF hatch rear end welded on, plus an EK front end and some ricer effects.

I'm mexican but i doubt that anyone from my race would put the effort for something like that.. looks more of a redneck trying to tan himself to look mexican what do you call those.. oh yeah Italians..
