Default allignment? or camber kit? not sure

i have a 98 civic and when i bought it..it was already lowerd and my wheel or tilted in alittle bit. and also at around 65-70 mph around those speeds my car will shake and the steering wheel as well. do i just need an allignment to fix the shaking and the tilt in the front wheels? my back tires are not as bad..im just worried about the front and not trying to wear the front inside of my tires out...thanks or do i just need a camber kit?

simple alignment. inside tire wear... but vibration id also get tires ballanced.

how low is it? i would deff get a cmaber kit if you dont have one already. once you install the camber kit get a 4 wheel alignment. i had heavy wear on my inner tires before i did the camber kit and alignment. now with new tires on i am good to go. if it's not creating any wear, then a simple alignment is due.

to fix the rear camber issue, use a couple washers to bring it closer to zero. and for the front, bring a little toe in. and definitely get the tires balanced, and even rotated if the previous owner neglected.
