Default brake drum leak

i was gonna bleed my brakes a while ago and i step on the brakes and see brake fluid coming from the left drum. i was gonna jus replace the parts, but im guessing i should be replacing the whole drum?

no you dont have to replace the whole drum just take tire off and drum cover and there is a brake wheel cylinder that went bad easy /cheap fix there is 2 10mm bolts on the back side that hold it on. make sure to remove the brake line first. make sure ebrake isnt on also may have to tap drum with a hammer.

I would, but thats just me. They're both the same age and if one is leaking... the other may soon follow.

o noooo idk what to do. i cant take the the nut off for the brake line that connects to the wheel cylinder, on BOTH sides. when i try to turn it just rubs, so its making it round.

Buy a set of these line wrenches: http://autorepair.about.com/od/tools..._line-wren.htm

They should break it free. Unless it's already been rounded badly.

Good luck!
