Break Fluid Leaking
My Break Fluid is leaking and my brake light turns on atleast once every 3 weeks.. as if i have my E-brake pulled... i have to refill the break fluid ever so often so it wont turn on... im wondering what i need replacing.. or what i can patch or how can i fix my brake fluid problem... i have a 93 civic lx.. would replacing the rotors fix this?
You need to locate the leak.
Begin by inspecting the area around the master cylinder where you add brake fluid. You may need to wipe the area clean so as to detect a possible leak.
If the master cylinder is fine, then remove each of the wheels to allow inspection of the front calipers and rear wheel cylinders for a leak.
