Maybe ill just get the bolts ahead of time how expensive are they?
I have adjustable coilovers. But I don't know how to use them.. Is it possible that they just need to be tightened and that would help my ride?

get a pic of the coilover sleeve, you probably need special wrenches. but I doubt raising/lowering them will stop your car from bouncing so much.
If they are indeed adjustable coilovers, you'll need two spanner wrenches. I have a picture below of a spanner wrench. You don't need this exact one, obviously. You can go into the plumbing aisle at your local and find wrenched like it.
A coilovers consists of a spring, two perches, and a threaded sleeve. The spring sits upon the perches. The height of the perches determine the ride height of the car. The are also O-rings that are inbetween the shock and the sleeve (you probably can't see these). Make sure you have some O-rings because the new shocks may be wider in diameter that the stock ones, thus the current O-rings will be too big.
When the car is lifted up and the wheel is off, you can loosen the perches. Keep in mind that adjusting the height of the perches changes the ride height. It won't change the smoothness of the ride. There are two perches, they work the same as if two nuts on a screw. Try a lots of lube on the perches before you try to loosen them.
As far as the bolts to remove the suspension, use tons of PB blaster or liquid wrench. Let it soak in. If they won't turn at all, try heating them until they are near or at red hot with a torch.
