new struts/suspension

RE: new struts/suspension
From experience, Ground Control coilovers and KYB AGX struts are amazing. The coilovers are something around $325 shipped, and the struts are a little under $400 shipped (www.summitracing.com)
But I hear a lot of good stuff about Tein S-Tech springs and Tokico HP struts... from what I"ve heard, Skunk2 springs are pretty good too.

also you want lowered with close to stock ride comfort OR lowered and stiff setup?
im using the Stech springs and HP struts and love them.... cause running 17inch rims can already be preaty uncomfortable ride.... so the extra suspension flex helps smooth it out beter...

I'd say something like I have (Ground Control coilovers and KYB AGX struts) will be perfect for you. By the time I'm done (I still have yet to get that I need before I lower the back of my car), I'm going to have about $854 sunk into my suspension (but that includesaftermarket LCA's, new LCA bolts, and polyurethane bushings (all of which you really don't need).. it'sa little over $700 for just coilovers & struts). The ride quality is actually really good, and there's a noticeable difference as far as handling and body roll. Of course, like addiction, I have 17's, so my ride quality is pretty bad. If you have smaller wheels, you should still have a pretty comfortable ride.

if i was to do it again i might try out the Tokico Illumina series struts....

yeah Koni and GC would be a nice setup. can request custom spring rates, request certain spring heights, adjustable rebound shocks, and adjustable ride height. all for under $900 shipped, u'll have enough left over for an alignment after install.
