Default Wheel Becomes Hard to Turn?

Hello,

Problem:

Turning becomes difficult ( must forcefully turn the wheel, very tight) Happens At low speeds right after or shortly after start up, then goes away. Usually occurs when turning the wheels during parking.

This problem started soon after I reverted back to my stock wheels for winter.

Does any one have an idea of what the problem could be?

Thank You.

Check power steering fluid, make sure the belt is tight.....maybe the power steering pump is going out.
